By accessing or using Pocket Souls (the "Service"), operated by Sonzai Labs Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Pocket Souls is an AI companion application and is not a substitute for professional mental health services. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonzai Labs Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
